This year we had a bunch of instructors as you can see, we often had two classes at the same time, we filmed them all. We’ve had the Black belt sessions on the web site for sale a long time, that only is 4 hours long. But we also recorded much more than this DVD, we had a second camera recording the Green belt sessions, and a third video camera doing video interviews and special lectures with the instructors. We are releasing everything here.

It’s over!

Tai Kai Sweden 2012 is over, and I’ve had a few days to cool my brain down. It was quite a lot of work, and between Anne’s cold and my busted knee, we couldn’t participate in training all that much. It did give us time to circle around and get a feel for the whole event, and it would seem that the consensus is that Tai Kai Sweden 2012 was a smashing success!

We are working on the DVD as fast as we can, and I’m just about ready with the pictures I took. I shot 750 frames during the two days so it has taken some time to go through them and decide which to keep and which not to. They will be up in a day or three!

Once again a huge thank you to the instructors and all our participants, and I hope we will meet again at a future Tai Kai!

Tai Kai 2012 is on the roll!

We are happy to say that the work with Tai Kai 2012 in Linköping is humming along nicely. There are many details still in the air, but the big picture is almost finished. We can confirm that Sveneric Bogsäter and Duncan Stewart are returning for this Tai Kai, and the two other slots are just about set (hint: you’ll recognize these faces!)

We will be posting a lot of information in the weeks and months to come, but we’d just like to give you all a heads up that there are a few conferences and similar going on in the Linköping area at the same time as Tai Kai 2012, so there are preciously few hotel/hostel rooms to be found. We are going to pre-book a certain number of rooms, but the details are not yet quite set.

Stay tuned!
